Refunds and cancellations are governed by the terms and conditions of the respective airline or supplier. We are committed to assisting you through every step of the process.


2. Cancellation by the Customer

  • Most airline tickets are non-refundable after purchase.
  • Some tickets may be eligible for partial refunds or credits, depending on the airline.
  • Requests for cancellations must be sent in writing to support@smartroutetours.com at least 24 hours before departure (if allowed by the airline).

3. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–21 business days after receiving airline confirmation.
  • Service or booking fees charged by Smart Route Tours are non-refundable unless the booking error was caused by us.
  • Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original booking.

4. Cancellation by Airline or Supplier

If an airline cancels or reschedules your flight, we will assist you in rebooking or obtaining a refund according to the airline's policy. Our agents are available to help you navigate the process and ensure the best possible outcome.


5. No-Show Policy

Failure to check in or board your flight (a "no-show") will generally result in the loss of the entire fare amount, per airline rules. We strongly recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you are unable to make your flight.
